The promises of God that are yours in baptism. At Good Shepherd, there is no age limit for baptism.
If you or a family member would like to be baptized, please fill out the form. We do our best to accommodate date preferences. We will get back to you shortly.
Weddings
You can get married anywhere and we’re excited to support you throughout your life together. At Good Shepherd, your wedding could be in our Sanctuary, outside by the Fire Pit, or out on the East Lawn. We want to help make your day holy and special!
Here’s what it looks like to get married at Good Shepherd:
Check your date on the calendar and fill out the wedding interest form below
We will confirm availability with you within one week of submitting the form.
Meet with our Wedding Coordinator
We will set the schedule of events, discuss pre-marriage counseling, go on a tour of the church, and discuss all other details or questions.
Prepare for marriage
To help you be prepared for marriage, we ask all couples to complete Pre-Marriage Counseling. We partner with Lifeworks which offers in-person or online pre-marriage retreats. This is a great time to invest in the health of your relationship!
Meet with a pastor (1-2 months prior to wedding)
Once your pre-marriage counseling is complete, the pastor officiating your service will reach out to meet and plan the wedding ceremony.
It’s time to get married!
Funerals
Good Shepherd is here for you and your family during the loss of your loved one. Your funeral home of choice will contact our staff to make arrangements. If you have any questions, please call the church office at 218-233-4980.
