Dennis became the part-time Finance Administrator in October 2023.  His primary duties include Payroll, making deposits and paying all expenses. He also prepares the annual budget.  He works with various committees and staff on special requests related to the church finances, as well as all benevolences.  Dennis attended Moorhead Area Vocational & Technical College for accounting and Moorhead State University for Finance after serving in the US Navy.  Dennis became a member of Good Shepherd in 1958 and has served on the church council and Trust Committee.  He has been the Head Usher for about 20 years and is currently on the Columbarium Committee.  Dennis married Sharon Baker in 1984 (40 years this year) and they have two married daughters and one granddaughter, all living in Lincoln, NE.  Dennis likes to golf in the summer and read books in the winter when not doing things with his family.
